The USP-T ultrasonic welders have been designed and built using the most modern technology currently available (3D CAD, CNC).
These machines are designed for particularly heavy-duty operations in which precision is an essential factor.
The USP-M welders are available in three models:
-Base type.
-Bench type.
-Column type (possibility of incorporation onautomatic lines).
They are particularly suited to applications involving the ultrasound cutting of fabrics and laminated fabrics in the textile sector, and in the cutting of membranes and filtering fabrics in the medical sector. Thanks to its sturdy design and the use of high-strength prismatic guides, means that the machine is capable of working in optimal conditions.
These ultrasonic USP-T welders are equipped with a special microp rocessor-assisted programming system and a keyboard with backlit displayand functions keys. The absolute reliability of the generators being an essential condition to assure consistent welding quality.
