The new TracStar® 630 fuses pipes from 8″ IPS to 24″ DE (225mm to 630mm) sizes. On the ground or in the trench, these all-new machines bring the flexibility of smaller machines to large-diameter melting. It is the first melting machine of this size specially designed for trench work, in tight spaces, with all the advantages of a crawler or rolling machine.

The trolley has 4 jaws with a removable 3-jaw carriage, and is capable of overloading the heater and fronter to maximize functionality within a limited space. The TracStar630 is installed on independently controlled self-propelled tracks and includes a wireless remote control. Both models have hydraulic power to assist in all fusion functions, including the operation of jaws, pipe elevators, heater and face. The machines allow the end fusion of most connectors, without special supports or the removal of the external jaw. Mitered inserts are available for making elbows.

The automatic TracStar630 controls and monitors heat, impregnation, melting and cooling cycles. It has an interbuilt data log function that keeps a record of each fusion joint, allowing you to check the integrity of the joints.
