The Poly 110M is a machine for the socket welding (also called plug melting or polyfusion) of PP, PE-HD, PB and PVDF tube and fittings.
It features a heating mirror with two types of temperature control, ensuring greater accuracy during the welding process.
The bushings of different sizes (16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90 and 110mm) are coated with PTFE (they meet all European standards, including DVS 2208-1).
The movement of the machine is operated manually through small steering wheels and V-shaped clamps, allow to hold all kinds of tubes regardless of the brand.
