Sphygmomanometer

There are several testing ways to see if the welding has been realized successfully and consequently leak-free. In essence we must check out if becomes completely sealed, and we won’t have problems in the future.

We can check this out, though out the air channel conduct, that the weld leaves in the polyethylene sheet, or just testing the welding trough the stretch or the traction way.

The verification welding process of the polyethylene sheet, by stretching is a very easy way to do it.

This operation it should be realized before start de welding, using this mode we can observe if the machine is properly calibrated and if it’s going to do a correctly welding.

Is for that that we should perform this sample brief welding; one meter will be enough for this testing sample. Once the welding is realized we must cut it off.

This can be done using our Guillotine Test, which will cut our sample precisely and the right measures under the DVS225-4 normative.

After that, we place in each welding edge a sphygmomanometer tweezer, then we must start to open the tweezers pulling off each side till breaks them or peel them off instead.

If the welding breaks, means that has been realized correctly, but if we see that peel off, we must adjust the parameters. And do it again till we obtain an accurate welding process with securities.

In this sense, Aristegui Maquinaria offer different types of Sphygmomanometer, from the digital ones, that even indicate the strength, that has been used to break the sheet, to the manual ones that just indicate if the weld has been done well.
