In the post of this week, we will add little more information about the already known automatic Planon machine, to perform hot air welding, generally of PVC for the fabrication of awnings, tents…

The standard model of the Planon machine uses the nozzle to perform welding of 40mm. but in some occasions, the needs of the welding for the fabrication of awnings require nozzles of 20 or 30mm wide. For these occasions, our company BAK, answering to the demand, has developed the fittings to perform these kinds of width of welding.

To this family of fittings, it has joined in the last few days the welding fitting called Ten Keder, that like professionals of the sector know, it is a rigid support normally of plastic (PVC), which is habitually welded to a corner of the awnings so that they can  be held to a support.

Up to now it was very complicated to weld the Ten Keder to the awning with the habitual machines. Due to this new fitting the Keder can be welded in a quick way and with a perfect finish.

The Planon machine has a new fitting that is available in the standard size of 40mm and in the special sizes of 20 and 30mm wide.

Another fitting for the Planon machine has been recently placed on the market; it is the fitting to perform the welding folding (also known as hem).

Like the last fitting, this also has helped to facilitate the work of the professional and to get some perfect bends in a quick and simple way. These fittings are available to perform hems of 20, 30 and 40mm.
